The Forums section of the Fridge Graph website is designed to let users connect and interact with each other. For example, the Forums can be used to ask general questions about weight loss, seek and share tips and tricks, or even to find other people to start a new weight loss Challenge with!

The Forums are only available when you are logged into the system. They are not visible to non-members.
